Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Eppelheim, Germany

About the Role:
We are hiring Desktop / IT Support Engineers to provide on-site IT support for mission-critical facilities across Germany. You will handle end-user support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and field services while ensuring smooth IT operations.

What You Will Do

  • Provide Tier 1–2 IT support (desktops, laptops, mobile devices)
  • Troubleshoot and maintain hardware, software, and network basics
  • Support Print Services (printers, scanners, multifunction devices)
  • Manage incidents via ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a field environment

What We Are Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT/Desktop/Field Support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, VPN
  • Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting skills
  • German proficiency (B2+) mandatory, English is a plus
  • Nice-to-have: CompTIA A+, MCSA, ITIL Foundation
