OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems
  • Familiarity with helpdesk software such as Jira
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide high-quality customer service
  • Understanding of firewall concepts is a plus
