TECHNICAL SUPPORT & TROUBLESHOOTING

  • Evaluate and resolve IT incidents and service desk tickets with urgency.
  • Provide support for computer hardware, software, peripherals, networking protocols, and communication systems.
  • Image new computers, install required software, and migrate/protect user data and profiles.
  • Install and configure local and network printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Collaborate with application and network teams to identify and resolve issues at the customer level.
