We’re looking for an experienced Desktop Support - Site Lead to efficiently manage site operations, act as a liaison with headquarters, and enhance site functionality. The ideal candidate is personable, passionate about problem-solving with technology, and enjoys daily interaction. Responsibilities include resolving device issues, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and providing user training. Strong customer rapport is crucial for success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate IT service delivery, taking ownership of day-to-day technology issues and engaging with client site leadership to keep them informed.
  • Build personable relationships with end-users, seeking feedback and continuously improving service.
  • Present monthly IT operations reports and ensure documentation, processes, and procedures are always up to date.
  • Identify gaps where no process exists and collaborate with colleagues to design and implement improvements.
  • Support IT operations across offices, including meeting room technology checks, event technology, new office/AV/Internet setups, and hardware/software management.
  • Manage IT hardware ordering, software licensing, and quote approvals in consultation with relevant teams.
  • Partner with People & Culture to deliver end-to-end employee technology lifecycle, from onboarding and workstation setup to offboarding.
  • Mentor junior team members and assist the Operations team with IT-related projects and initiatives.
