    Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a proactive Desktop Support Analyst to join our End User Services Team, you’ll be the go-to expert for all IT Desktop support, providing comprehensive 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level infrastructure desktop support. You’ll manage incidents and service requests, ensuring prompt resolution to minimize business impact. This hands-on role involves proactive problem identification, system maintenance and participating in a rotating 24/7 on-call roster.
    You’ll support a diverse environment, including remote sites and macOS, always with a “can-do” attitude to turn problems into opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support for all Spotlight Retail Group Desktop Services, including remote sites and macOS environments.
  • Managing logged incidents and service requests to consistently meet agreed SLA objectives.
  • Ensuring swift and effective restoration of Desktop Services, minimizing any adverse impact on business operations.
  • Proactively identifying, diagnosing, documenting, and resolving desktop problems before they cause system incidents.
  • Actioning relevant service requests, including onboarding new team members and managing terminations.
  • Performing routine checks of IT Infrastructure performance and alerts to maintain system health.
