DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for experienced IT professionals to provide ad hoc desktop support onsite, to clients within London.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous desktop support experience (Windows/macOS)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage ad hoc tasks
• Access to transport for onsite visits (if required)

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Provide remote support using remote access tools
• Attend onsite visits for installations, upgrades, or urgent support when needed
• Log issues and resolutions accurately
