Job Description
Provide desktop support including remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and OS issues
Support IT systems and devices in manufacturing, lab, and data center environments (scanners, printers, tablets, PCs connected to specialized equipment)
Advanced troubleshooting for AV devices and mobility support
Manage IT asset lifecycle: collection, storage, imaging, allocation, recovery, and disposal
Assist in Power Shutdown maintenance activities for network devices and servers in data centers
Provide “smart hands and feet” support for the technology team on demand
Manage printer services and coordinate vendor support
Coordinate cable patching and network connectivity for LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and voice services
Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP, clean room protocols, and safety standards including PPE requirements
Support rack and stack commissioning/decommissioning of infrastructure devices
Work with multiple teams (Network, Server, OEMs) on high priority issues
Follow 5S (LEAN) and other best practices in IT and data
center environments
Any Specific Mandate skill required
Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, or related field
2-5 years of experience in L2 IT Support, preferably with prior Johnson & Johnson experience
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and operating systems
Proficient with geospatial data analysis and desktop support tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Knowledge of GMP and GxP environments, clean room and manufacturing support
Ability to follow strict safety and operational procedures
