Description
Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Deliver on-site IT support for issues within the manufacturing environment to ensure minimal disruption to production. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations in compliance with IT policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical problems. Assist in deploying updates, patches, and new technology solutions across the organization. Ensure adherence to security protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals. A problem-solver with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications. Experience with hardware diagnostics and repair. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, or equivalent. Experience in enterprise-level IT support or manufacturing environments. Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
