Description We’re seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide Tier 1–2 end-user support in a professional services environment. This role supports Windows laptops, engineering workstations, Microsoft 365, and industry-specific applications used in design and engineering. What You’ll Do Serve as first point of contact for IT issues via Freshservice, phone, Teams, and walk-ups Own tickets end-to-end with strong communication and follow-through Support Windows devices, peripherals, conference room AV, and connectivity issues Administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID) Support CAD/BIM/GIS applications (Autodesk, Bentley, Bluebeam, ArcGIS) Assist with onboarding, offboarding, deployments, and documentation Provide light training and support for AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) Requirements What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred 2+ years of hands-on desktop support, help desk, or end user support experience, ideally in a professional services environment. Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 knowledge Excellent customer service and communication skills AEC industry IT experience preferred Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft) a plus Success in this role depends as much on customer service as technical skill.
