WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM ME?

You enjoy solving problems, helping others, and keeping things running smoothly. If you’re technically skilled, service-minded, and ready to take ownership of daily IT support tasks, this could be the right role for you.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Good understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
  • A+ certification is highly desirable
  • Fundamental knowledge of a shell scripting language (e.g. batch, bash, PowerShell)
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking principles
  • Good understanding of customer needs and business requirements
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in following up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Strong skills in record keeping and documentation
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work according to deadlines and business impact
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills; professional, approachable, and clear in interaction
Responsibilities
  • Triage incoming requests to the Global IT Service Desk
  • Provide primary support to internal staff both locally and remotely
  • Manage lifecycles of PCs, mobile devices, and conference room equipment
  • Administrate user profiles and access across Entra ID, as well as a variety of SaaS platforms and infrastructurePerform regular audits of licensed service user engagemen
