Job title: Desktop Support Technician

Work Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00

ACTIVITIES DESCRIPTION:

• IT Support on site, configuration or installation of computers, printers, peripherals.
• “Smart Hands” support Network infrastructure, along with remote network administrators.
• Ticket management in the ServiceNow system.
• End user or Network hardware replacement, as per defined life cycle.
• IT assets management (End user or Network hardware in storage room).
• Hardware disposal as per established procedures.
• Attention to final users (including VIPs).
  Experience needed: At least 3 years on similar activities as described above. Excellent communication skills, Client focused approach.
