Role: ServicePoint has a customer seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a 1 Month+ 100% onsite position Cambridge, MA. This is an 8AM-5PM position working Monday-Friday.
The responsibilities are as follows:· SAAS Application Support/Management· License Management· Ticket Queue Management· Monitoring / Improving IT support services through:o Logic monitor dashboardso Coordinate work effortso Analyzing reports Qualifications:· 3+ years professional experience· Background required with SAAS Application Support/Management· Background supporting users in a Windows-based environment· Ticketing system background required (SNOW being preferred)· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $34.00 - $35.00 per hour
