Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Tioga, ND and provide end-user support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Mobile Device Setup
  • Coordinate with carriers for new device activation
  • Assist with data transfer from old to new company phones
  • Set up and configure iPhones, including backups and apps
  • Be familiar with corporate management of mobile devices
  • Office 365 Support
  • Set up and troubleshoot Outlook
  • Support Office 365 authentication issues
  • Assist with Teams, SharePoint, and other Office 365 apps
  • Computer Imaging and Setup
  • Image and configure computers using Autopilot
  • Set up user profiles
  • Assist with application installations
  • Tier 2 Support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve laptop sign-in issues
  • Install and manage applications via the company portal
  • Handle admin rights
  • Reset TAP codes
  • Resolve printing issues
  • Address application and network drive problems
  • Provide hardware diagnostics and repairs
  • Assist with software updates and patches
  • User Training and Support
  • Conduct training sessions on device and software usage
  • Provide ongoing technical support for mobile, laptop devices, applications, and Office 365
