As the On-site Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for dealing with technical issues escalated from the helpdesk function and working with end user to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems along with supporting the business on project-based requirements and IMACS.
Our client is looking for candidates who are passionate about technology and increasing their existing knowledge, who can work off their own initiative whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

WHAT Y’ALL NEED:

  • 3+ years of strong experience providing Desktop Support or Field Services which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and operating system issues.
  • Resolving issues without impacting / violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements.
  • L2 Level experience in installing, technical troubleshooting and fixing desktops, printers, laptop, and other computer peripherals hardware problems as well as desktop applications.
  • Good understanding of and experience with O365, SCCM, Skype, Teams, VPN, mobile devices, Active Directory, networking, and remote support tools.
  • Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts.
  • Ability to perform smart hand activity under instruction-based activities at sites.
  • Experience of ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Remedy etc.)
    This role is working days & Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
