What You Will Do As a Desktop Support Technician, you will provide hands-on support for IT equipment and workspace setups, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Fulfil materials and equipment requests Deploy desk setups and monitors Safely dispose of equipment Provide desk-side support and troubleshooting Manage inventory levels and restocking Maintain vending machines (L1 maintenance, moves, planogram changes) Handle e-waste and donation requests Collect IT equipment (terminations, upgrades) Assist with desk moves Liaise with inventory teams Perform inventory counts and manage stock levels Receive inbound hardware Coordinate EMEA shipments Support other projects as assigned What You Need to Succeed Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Familiarity with inventory tools (preferred) Strong communication and time management skills Attention to detail and organisational ability Team-oriented and professional approach Belonging at EOS EOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
