JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to end-users, ensuring that all desktop systems and applications are functioning optimally. This role requires a strong understanding of various technologies and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
