  • Deliver customer-facing end-user support, including installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and related software.
  • Perform break/fix, desk-side support, IMACD’s, data migration, software updates, configuration changes, and refreshes.
  • Use the Incident Management System to log, track, and resolve issues; manage the ticket queue to ensure closure within service level agreements.
  • Troubleshoot client software and basic network connectivity issues; coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs or replacements.
  • Handle compliance and security-related activities, including access reviews, risk assessments, controls verification, and facility inspections.
