We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Hackensack, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US). Must have at least at least 1 year of experience Motivated technician with proven troubleshooting skills Proven customer service skills Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to effectively multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment Must be able to effectively communicate with customers over the phone, in person and via email while providing excellent customer service Familiarity with workgroup and domain environments Minimum of 1 years of hands on experience with workstation hardware, including assembly, troubleshooting and components replacement Minimum of 1 years of hands on experience with installation, configuration and troubleshooting Windows operating systems Minimum of 1 years of hands on experience with installing, configuring and troubleshooting MS office, browsers, anti-virus programs * Preferred Skills/ Experience: MS Windows, MS Office, G-Suite knowledge (google applications, docs/sheets/drive/chat/gmail) Healthcare environment 1. Position's General Duties and Tasks: Windows 10 deployments Active Directory - Computer management Imaging using Ivanti Landesk Troubleshoot issues that may have been caused by firewall, proxy or antivirus software. Work with vendors to help troubleshoot and resolve vendor supported applications/hardware Smart hands for network teams Support thin clients, mobility devices, desktops / laptops / Chrome devices Citrix / Epic - local device setting configurations for signature pads, scanners, credit card machines Provide excellent customer service Available for rotating on-call shift 6pm-6am and some weekend / holiday work Travel to support offsite locations, and also cover other campuses when required Physically able to lift and move Enterprise and Client technology hardware in our customer environments About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
