REQUIREMENTS:
· 2+ years of desktop support or IT helpdesk experience.
· Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
· Experience with Active Directory (user creation, password reset, group policies).
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Work Location: In perso
· Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.
· Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
· Manage user accounts, groups, and access rights in Active Directory.
· Resolve network connectivity issues and escalate when needed.
· Support software installations, updates, and patches.
· Document issues, solutions, and maintain IT asset records.
