Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for end-users and assist with related project work. This role involves delivering exceptional technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for end-users, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and peripherals. Respond to help desk tickets promptly and maintain accurate documentation of resolutions. Perform computer imaging and deployment for new hires and system upgrades. Handle hardware replacements, setups, and configurations for desktops, laptops, and related equipment. Assist with project-based work, such as system migrations, rollouts, and technology refresh initiatives. Collaborate with IT team members to ensure compliance with company standards and security protocols. Deliver excellent customer service and communicate technical solutions in a clear, user-friendly manner. Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in desktop support or a similar IT role. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common enterprise applications. Familiarity with imaging tools and hardware troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Canyon Lake, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
