Rocksteady Studios is looking to hire a Desktop Support Technician to join the IT team on a fixed term basis. We are looking for someone with good IT knowledge who is ready for the challenge of working as part of a team in a world class games development studio.
This is not a typical support desk role as the team works in a highly technical environment often helping developers solve complex issues. You’ll need to have a deep interest in the technologies surrounding game development and a passion for working within a small team on an exciting
project.
While the studio works in a hybrid model, the nature of this role means it will be based full time on-site at the studio.

REQUIREMENTS:

• IT support experience
• Knowledge of Windows 11 and MacOS
• Experience with Desktop PC hardware
• Demonstratable communication skills and an excellent approach to customer service

• Deployment and upgrade of desktop PCs
• Timely resolution of IT issues reported by staff
• Administration of user accounts, desktops, development consoles and other systems
• Ensuring the asset management system is kept up to date
• Other tasks as may be required by the needs of the team and the studio
