  • Provide support for hardware and software issues, responding to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and associated equipment.
  • Utilize tools such as Jira for tracking support tickets and managing service requests efficiently.
  • Implement software updates and patches using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
  • Analyze network connectivity issues within LAN environments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and enhance system reliability.
