Requirements:

  • Associate degree and/or relevant industry certifications (A+, MCSE, CCNA) preferred.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of related experience required.
  • Experience in an Architectural/Engineering/Construction (AEC) environment a plus

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily desktop user support, including installation and upgrades for Autodesk AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bentley MicroStation.
  • Deliver remote support for branch offices as needed.
  • Perform hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and help desk support.
  • Support light Active Directory and Exchange tasks.
  • Maintain a strong customer service approach with timely and effective solutions.
  • Travel within Arizona as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
