Job Specification – Despatch Administrator
Reports to:Despatch Supervisor
Role Purpose:
The role of the Despatch Administrator is to ensure effective communication of all transport and order information is passed out to the relevant internal & external teams. They will support and work alongside the Despatch & Coldstore Team & ensure all daily admin tasks are met. In addition, they will provide generic admin resources & support as & when required to for the rest of the business.

We would be looking for the candidate to work Monday to Friday 8am – 5 pm. With a view to work weekends if required - this would be a couple of hours on a Saturday or Sunday and this can be done from home
