JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Despatch Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in being responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the despatch function. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a despatch role is desired
• Experience operating forklifts is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

• Allocation of workload and prioritisation against targets and customer shipping requirements
• Adherence to H&S, Quality and Regulatory requirements
• Raw material and completed product management in conjunction with the materials co-ordinator and Finishing Team Leader
• Completing all daily tasks in a timely and accurate manner
• Ability to read and understand despatch documentation
• Computer literate in SAGE 1000, internal intranet and internet for courier portal booking
• Completing all data input accurately and in a timely manner
• Operating machinery that you have been previously trained in
• Minimising potential delays to customer orders by effectively managing the despatch of finished goods
