We are looking to recruit a Despatch Supervisor to join the Beacon Foods team.
The role is Monday to Friday on a weekly rotating shift pattern of 06.00-14.00 & 14.00-22.00.
40 hours per week, including 2 x 20 minute unpaid breaks per shift.

• Overseeing and supervising a smooth and efficient despatch area with a hands-on approach.
• Be responsible immediately prior to start of shift to ensure that all aspects of the area are safe and ready for production to start
• Act on and report all Health & safety concerns
• Ensure that correct PPE is worn by all staff and visitors in area of responsibility
• Ensure agreed Process Control and traceability checks are completed to meet internal/external requirements
• Attend department & handover meetings
• Identify ways to improve production processes, job satisfaction, motivation and morale of team
• Maintain and project a professional code of conduct
• Completing paperwork accurately
