REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or despatch team leader role
• Bendi FLT license (preferred, but not essential)
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using stock systems or scanners)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Despatch Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy warehouse in Thame area . You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day despatch operations, ensuring orders are packed and shipped on time while managing and supporting the warehouse team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and support the despatch team to meet daily targets
• Oversee packing, labelling and shipping processes
• Ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Communicate with couriers and internal departments
• Monitor stock levels and report any issues
