Description The DeSpruer position is responsible for separating the castings from the gating systems and other tramp metals. 1st shift = $21.65 2nd shift = $22.90 3rd shift = $22.65 PLUS you can receive additional compensation for this position: $2.50 up to $5.50 hourly incentive pay is available to qualified Team Members Note: This is NOT an all-inclusive list of job duties. Requirements Ability to work in a high heat environment. Ability to maintain a clean and uncluttered work area. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently; or, more occasionally. Ability to understand and follow all safety procedures and requirements.

Responsibilities

The DeSpruer position is primarily responsible for the physical separation of castings from their gating systems and any other tramp metals present. This role requires adherence to safety procedures and maintaining a clean workspace.
