We are currently looking for a motivated, committed and hard-working Dessert Bar Team Leader to join our site on St James Road, Glasgow G4 0PS.

• Ensuring the team provides excellent customer service at all times
• Assisting the manager in maintaining and managing front and back of house
• Preparing and quality checking of Desserts/Food prepared by colleagues
• Securing and exceeding store sales, including upselling
• Assisting with training and developing the team
• Building strong customer relationships to continue growth and
• Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times
