Une Journée Chez MKS : Rattaché(e) au manager de l’équipe Industrialisation & Process du site de Beaune-la-Rolande, en tant que Dessinateur Projeteur h/f, vous intervenez au cœur des projets industriels en contribuant à la conception et à l’optimisation des outillages nécessaires à la production. Dans un environnement industriel exigeant, vous participez activement à la mise en place de solutions techniques robustes et adaptées aux contraintes de fabrication, d’assemblage et de qualité, en lien étroit avec les équipes méthodes, production et atelier. Vous êtes en charge de concevoir des outillages et des montages mécaniques, de leur définition jusqu’à leur mise en service, tout en garantissant leur performance, leur fiabilité et leur maintenabilité. Dans ce rôle, vous aurez un impact en : Concevoir des montages d’usinage (prise de pièce, bridage, positionnement) ainsi que des outillages d’assemblage et de soudage Réaliser les plans d’ensemble et les plans détaillés, en assurant une cotation fonctionnelle rigoureuse Définir les moyens de contrôle dimensionnel et sélectionner les matériaux et composants standards adaptés Intégrer les contraintes machines, opérateurs et temps de cycle dans les concepts d’outillage Élaborer les gammes de fabrication et estimer les coûts et délais associés Participer aux revues d’industrialisation et contribuer à la standardisation des solutions techniques Accompagner la fabrication et l’assemblage des outillages en atelier Participer aux essais de production et assurer la mise au point Diagnostiquer les problématiques techniques (répétabilité, usure, ergonomie) et proposer des améliorations Assurer le suivi, la maintenance et l’évolution des montages existants Atouts / Compétences requises : Expérience de 3/5 ans en conception d’outillages complexes, méthodes et environnement industriel Formation de type Bac +2 / Bac +3 en génie mécanique (BTS CPI / CPRP / CRCI, BUT GMP ou équivalent) Maîtrise d’un logiciel de CAO, idéalement SolidWorks Maîtrise des principes de positionnement isostatique, cotation fonctionnelle et tolérancement ISO Bonne connaissance des procédés d’usinage, d’assemblage et de soudage Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans techniques Connaissance des environnements ERP / PDM appréciée Anglais technique (niveau B1 minimum) Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?
