All Points Relocation is a dynamic, full-service relocation management company that provides domestic and international relocation assistance to corporate clients whose employees must transfer to a different city, province, or country.
We have an immediate need for Destination Consultants, specifically in the greater Toronto area. As a Destination Consultant, and an expert on your city, you will be responsible for assisting client employees, and their families, discover the city you know so well. Successful candidates will help with mandatory government registrations and a variety of services for customized programs. These tasks, such as neighbourhood orientations, home searches, school support, and sourcing local amenities, are geared towards providing resources, conveniences, and enjoyment for our Transferees in their new city. You will essentially be helping them get established in their new community.
Destination Consultants are an integral part of the relocation process and valued team members. Many of our services are standard, but you and our clients’ employees make the relocation experience unique.

This role is a casual, part-time position with seasonal fluctuations and is ideal for those who desire occasional part-time work, but also recent retirees, stay at home parents or mature part-time students. It is perfect for anyone who enjoys a flexible schedule. Availability is required for flexible work hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Preference will be given to those who speak Korean, Mandarin, French or Spanish as an additional language.
Paid training will be provided to successful candidates.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

· Exceptional customer service skills
· Excellent communication skills, including active listening
· A valid driver’s license issued by Ontario and access to a car in good driving condition
· More than 3 years experience driving with a full license and an excellent driving record
· The ability to obtain Business coverage (eligible for reimbursement) on car insurance for the vehicle used for work
· A clean criminal back check (CBC) result
· Availability for flexible work hours during the weekdays, evenings, and on weekends
