Responsibilities
  • Communicate with guests prior to their arrival to fine-tune itineraries, set clear expectations, and ensure they feel fully prepared for their journey.
  • Manage service bookings, including accommodations, private guides, transfers, and tours, ensuring every detail is confirmed and aligned with guest preferences.
  • Provide concierge-style, on-the-ground support throughout each guest’s trip (via phone and WhatsApp), delivering prompt assistance and solutions when needed.
  • Welcome guests personally upon arrival.
  • Collaborate with local vendors and partners to maintain quality standards, confirm availability, and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Offer curated, thoughtful recommendations for restaurants, activities, and cultural experiences tailored to each guest’s interests and travel style.
  • Stay well-informed about local events, travel trends, and safety updates in Poland to provide the most current advice and insights.
  • Collect guest feedback and use it to continuously refine and enhance the quality of services and guest experiences.
  • Contribute to creative projects in the off-season, such as writing or researching local content for blog posts and travel updates.
