We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional with operational experience managing travel service bookings and a strong focus on b2b client relations. This role combines operational and strategic skills to deliver exceptional service, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate on marketing and tech projects that position high-level tourism destinations. Key Responsibilities: Travel operations: Coordinate and oversee the complete process of travel service bookings, including transportation, accommodation, and activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements. Premium client relations: Provide personalized service, understanding the needs of diverse clients and offering tailored solutions with professionalism and empathy. Writing and communication: Create proposals, itineraries, and informational materials using clear, persuasive language aligned with organizational culture, ensuring consistent communication. Cross-Departmental coordination: Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure services meet quality standards and strategic alignment. Inventory management: Contribute to planning and executing projects to digitalize and promote tourist destinations, ensuring the correct implementation of technological solutions and high-quality content. Optimization and feedback: Analyze and suggest improvements in booking processes and client relations, leveraging performance metrics and user feedback. 💪 The perfect candidate Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational and client relation roles within the travel, tourism, or technology industries managing high-profile clients. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to draft clear and persuasive content. Client-focused mindset with cultural sensitivity, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with high-profile clients. Strong project management and problem-solving skills in dynamic and multicultural environments. Familiarity with booking management tools and travel-related software.
