Position Overview As a Destination Specialist, you’ll serve as a destination expert — advising clients on where to go, what to do, and how to make the most of their time abroad. You’ll use your knowledge of global destinations, resorts, and tours to design personalized travel experiences tailored to each client’s interests and budget. This role is perfect for someone who loves researching destinations, planning trips, and sharing travel knowledge with others. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice on specific destinations, including attractions, accommodations, and local experiences. Design custom travel itineraries and vacation packages for individuals, couples, and groups. Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, budgets, and preferences. Collaborate with travel suppliers and partners to book accommodations, tours, and transportation. Stay up to date on travel restrictions, safety protocols, and destination trends. Handle client inquiries, changes, and special requests promptly and professionally. Support marketing efforts by creating destination spotlights or promotional materials. Maintain detailed client and booking information in the CRM system. Qualifications Previous experience in travel consulting, destination management, or hospitality preferred. Strong knowledge of popular global destinations (Caribbean, Europe, Asia, etc.). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented with great time management.
