Operations • Responsible for the relocation of the local representative and cleaning team to the destination ( if necessary). • Establish and maintain collaborations with maintenance, cleaning, and concierge companies locally at each destination. • Implement TravelStaytion’s standards for all properties. • Train local representatives on TravelStaytion’s standards. • Schedule ad hoc checks on properties to check that standards are being kept. • Opening and Closing of the Season. Schedule the opening & closing for all houses & organize the respective procedures with local reps. • Promote a culture of excellence in guest care. • Conduct regular operations meeting to discuss routine operational matters, departmental performance targets and guest feedback. • Be responsible for all day-to-day queries, complaints or problems that arise from the host’s side. • Closely follow up the deadlines of improvements to the properties (amenities needed, repairs and replacements). • Responsible for collecting the inventories for all the houses 1 week before the closing. • In collaboration with the local representative of each destination, ensure a high-level host satisfaction Finance • Check and collect all the expenses for each destination. • Responsible to collect all the invoices from the Local Rep and the suppliers. • Responsible for payments to the suppliers and partners in communication with finance. • Check the concierge income – invoices. • Responsible to collect the owner’s expenses claim form from the local rep. • Create a welcome box with the cooperation of the Marketing Department. • Create a form with all the information we need about the stock. • Monitor and reply to guest reviews on all the platforms and share feedback with the team to improve services.
