What You’ll Do: Manage Receivables: Ensure the accurate and timely application of billings and credit lines to support our 16 locations. Solve Problems: Proactively address account discrepancies and collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes. Ensure Compliance: Maintain high standards of collection activities in accordance with state and federal laws. Maintain Partnerships: Foster positive, professional relationships with clients and internal team members through elite interpersonal service. Requirements Who You Are: Experienced Specialist: Possess 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable or closely related financial support roles. Career-Oriented: Looking for a permanent professional home to grow and build a lifelong career. A Technical Pro: Preferably experienced with Avalara and Epicor Prophet 21 technology, but will train. Detail-Oriented: A master of time management with a proven ability to hit deadlines and solve complex billing puzzles.
