BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience preferred
• Ability and desire to make a positive impact with every interaction.
• Have the drive to create remarkable experiences for our customers.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Maintain tasks given from all departments within Performance (Service, New/Used Cars, and Aftermarket). Prioritize assignments.
• Serve customers with great service and professionalism.
• Supervise and/or conduct all cleaning of new and used vehicles.
• Understand the dynamics of professionally cleaning a vehicle.
• Manage the efficient process of the cleaning and refurbishing of new, used and customer automobiles.
• Guarantee quality assurance from the work that comes out of the Detail Department.
• Mitigate and manage problems that erupt within the scope of the Detail Department.
• Interview and hire candidates for the Detail Department.
• Train new hires to fulfill their accepted position.
• Order and maintain stock of chemicals and tools used for detail.
• Monitor equipment for safe use and replace or repair as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
