Owen Ford is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Detailer to take on a leadership role supervising our detail department and two wash bay employees. This position is hands-on, requiring professional-level detailing skills while also ensuring the team meets quality and efficiency standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2+ years of professional automotive detailing experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold high-quality standards
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Perform interior and exterior detailing on new and pre-owned vehicles to dealership standards
• Supervise, train, and schedule two wash bay employees
• Ensure all vehicles are cleaned, detailed, and ready for lot display or customer delivery
• Monitor workflow, delegate tasks, and inspect finished work for quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Track and report supply needs to management
