Description Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Detail Supervisor to oversee the entire detailing process, ensuring a high standard of quality and efficiency within our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the detailing department, supervising a team of detailers, and ensuring that all vehicles are cleaned and detailed to perfection. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the detail shop. Additional Responsibilities: Oversee the entire vehicle detailing process, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards. Supervise and motivate the detailing team to ensure productivity and quality of work. Hire, train, and continuously develop the detail team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Monitor team performance regularly, identify areas of improvement, and provide constructive feedback to team members. Create and manage detailed work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and timely completion of tasks. Ensure all vehicles are washed and detailed according to the company’s high standards. Conduct inspections of vehicles for any damages and report findings to the relevant parties. Maintain a clean and organized detailing shop at all times, ensuring that all tools, supplies, and equipment are in good working condition. Ensure all cleaning products and equipment are used safely and correctly, following proper labeling and safety protocols. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure that vehicles are being serviced according to customer instructions and repair orders. Ensure all completed work meets the instructions outlined in repair orders and invoices, and that customer satisfaction is maintained. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Requirements Qualifications: We are looking for a self motivated candidate who has experience in automotive detailing. The candidate we are looking for a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. The candidate must be detail oriented and organized. Candidates must have a professional appearance and work ethic. Effective interpersonal communication skills. Candidates must have an insurable driving record.
