DETAIL TEAM MEMBER - CRAIN KIA OF FAYETTEVILLE LOCATION: 2277 FOXGLOVE DR, FAYETTEVILLE, AR, 72704 Crain Kia of Fayetteville is looking to add to our Detail Team as we continue to grow. This is not just a wash job—this role is responsible for the final presentation of every vehicle before it reaches our customers. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO * Wash, clean, and detail all incoming, sold, and serviced vehicles * Ensure every vehicle meets front-line ready standards before delivery * Identify and report cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, windshield damage, etc.) * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the detail area and lot * Work directly with sales and service to prioritize vehicles based on urgency * Support inventory flow to keep vehicles ready for display and delivery ---------------------------------------- WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss * Ability to move with urgency and consistency * Takes ownership — doesn’t walk past a problem * Team-first mindset with the ability to take direction and execute * Valid driver’s license * Prior detailing experience is a plus, but not required ---------------------------------------- WHAT SETS THIS ROLE APART * Clear expectations and accountability — we inspect what we expect * Opportunity to grow within a structured, performance-driven environment * You play a direct role in the customer experience and final delivery
