Description Job Summary: The Detailer is responsible for cleaning and preparing vehicles for auction by ensuring they meet the company’s appearance and quality standards. Duties/Responsibilities: Washes and cleans the exterior, interior, and engine/motor areas of vehicles from financial institutions and automobile dealerships. Prepares vehicles to meet auction-ready appearance and quality standards. Uses industry-standard tools, equipment, and cleaning products (training provided). Works collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and consistent vehicle preparation. Follows safety procedures and company guidelines while performing detailing tasks. Helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Must be 21 years of age or older. Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment. Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior detailing experience may be preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times. Work is performed in an auto auction setting and may include exposure to temperature changes, all types of weather conditions, elevated noise levels, and occasional fumes or odors associated with vehicle exhaust. Position requires standing, bending, lifting, and physical activity throughout the workday. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable persons with physical disabilities to perform the job.
