YOUR ROLE As a Detailer/Lot Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our dealership and vehicles always look their best and meet our high standards for safety and presentation. Key Responsibilities: * Clean, inspect, and prepare vehicles for sale to ensure they meet dealership standards. * Maintain the appearance of the dealership, including snow removal and landscaping tasks. * Evaluate vehicles for safety and necessary maintenance prior to staging them for sale. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Education: High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience: Customer service experience preferred but not required. * Requirements: * Must be at least 18 years old. * A valid state driver’s license with minimal moving violations in the past three years. * Skills: * Strong attention to detail. * Effective communication skills. * Dependable and motivated to support a team-driven environment.
