We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Detailer / Lot Manager to support and lead our dealership’s lot operations. In this role, you’ll ensure our vehicle inventory is clean, organized, and ready for customers, while also supervising the detail and lot team to maintain high standards of efficiency and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid “G” class driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
  • Previous experience in automotive detailing or lot management is an asset
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with detailing tools and techniques, such as buffing, clay bar use, and interior cleaning
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Responsibilities
  • Clean, detail, and prepare vehicles to dealership standards for display and delivery
  • Safely move, park, and organize vehicles across the lot and between departments
  • Inspect and check in new vehicle deliveries, including VIN verification and damage checks
  • Assist with test drives and deliveries, including plate installation, staging, and fueling
  • Maintain a clean and safe lot, including seasonal tasks like snow or debris removal
  • Monitor lot security and report any safety or security concerns
  • Support dealership departments by retrieving or relocating vehicles as needed
  • Supervise detailers and lot team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard
  • Coordinate daily priorities and workflow for the lot team
  • Provide training and guidance to new team members
  • Communicate with management regarding team performance, scheduling, and operational needs
