Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and versatile individual to join our team in a multi-functional support role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks and takes pride in delivering top-quality work. The primary responsibilities include automotive detailing, shuttle driving, and providing general support in our lube bay. Key Responsibilities:

Detail Department:

• Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces for optimal visibility and appearance.
• Apply protective treatments to paint and upholstery as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for damage or service needs prior to detailing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring equipment is cared for properly.

Shuttle Driving:

• Provide safe, timely, and friendly transportation for customers in the afternoons.
• Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean, fueled, and properly maintained.

Lube Bay Support:

• Assist technicians with light maintenance tasks and general shop duties.
• Help maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the service area.
• Support team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive detailing, customer service, or vehicle maintenance is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for doing things right.
• Dependable, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work on your feet and perform manual tasks throughout the day.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required for shuttle driving duties.
