DETAILER/TEAM LEADER

The Midcoast Trucks Group is looking for a suitably qualified person to fill the role of experienced detailer at our DEPO located in the Macksville Industrial Estate working on new and used vehicles.
You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in detailing (heavy vehicle detailing experience preferred)
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritise tasks
· Valid drivers licence (MR/HR Preferred)
· Forklift Licence Preferred

· Motivate, coach and train detailers in proper detailing techniques, equipment
uses and safety procedures.
· Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee a flawless finish on every vehicle in conjunction with the QA
· Maintain a clean, organised and well stocked detailing area
· Address concerns and complaints promptly and professionally if they arise
· Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
· Maintain accurate records of detailing work completed and supplies used
