Please note that occasional evening shifts or work outside of these standard hours may be required based on operational needs. Starting at $18/hr based on experience. Detailer Duties/Responsibilities: Washing and cleaning motor coaches. Janitorial duties include cleaning restrooms, office areas and the shop. Landscaping and upkeep of the outside of the building. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role. Familiarity with basic landscaping and handyman practices. Attention to detail and conscientiousness. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, bend and sit. Working outside in hot or cold temperatures. The employee must regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
