We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, detail-oriented Associate Business Analyst to join our growing Human Capital Management development organization (HR Talent). The business analyst will work in an agile team environment to design and document functional and technical requirements for HR Talent solutions. The ideal candidate will have passion for technology and innovation, strong functional business analysis skillset, and exemplary attitude to solve complex business challenges.

This position is working within a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional team of developers, architects, product managers, and quality assurance analysts to deliver a portfolio of world-class products.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Contribute to Agile development teams that define, design, and prioritize feature work on the core product.
  • Gather, design and document requirements and use cases suitable for the agile development cycle.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on product functionality for customer demonstrations and for internal and external training needs.
  • Investigate product issues to determine whether a change to core product is required, provide effective communication to customers and stakeholders.
  • Become the foremost expert on the product modules under your area of responsibility.
  • Participate and lead strategic initiatives on adoption of Infor technology stack.
  • Collaborate with other product teams and departments to meet established roadmap objectives.
  • Manage customer interactions and participate in lead adopter program as a subject matter expert.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
  • Experience working in a technology environment with focus on SaaS delivery model.
  • Knowledge of traditional SDLC and Agile SCRUM processes.
  • Experience with JIRA, Wiki, and Lucid Charts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with an ERP products or other complex systems preferred.
  • Previous experience in a developer or technical role a plus.
  • Experience with solutions and technologies used to build large multi-tier and distributed systems is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile in a product owner or scrum master role.
  • An undergraduate and/or Masters’ degree in a Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or IT field.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI, ML and AI core concepts and trends.
  • Background with Java technology.
  • Background with one or more relational databases: Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres or Aurora.
