Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented DevOps Engineer I to support our platform engineering, observability, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud‑native monitoring stacks—particularly within the Grafana and Prometheus ecosystems. This role is suitable for early‑career engineers with a strong technical foundation and eagerness to learn advanced DevOps and SRE practices.   Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Automation * Develop, maintain, and version infrastructure using Terraform (IaC). * Assist in the design and management of CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps. * Automate routine operational tasks and contribute to improving deployment workflows. Monitoring, Logging & Observability * Configure and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Grafana. * Support operational monitoring using Prometheus or Grafana Mimir for metrics. * Assist in implementing distributed tracing using Grafana Tempo. * Support centralized logging using Grafana Loki. * Work with OpenTelemetry (OTel) for instrumentation and data collection across services. Performance Insights & Diagnostics * Collaborate with engineering teams to implement end-to-end application observability. * Help troubleshoot performance issues using telemetry and distributed tracing data. * Contribute to dashboard improvements and real-time monitoring enhancements.   Preferred Skills (Good to Have) * Exposure to OpenInference for LLM or AI system observability. * Hands-on experience with Grafana Beyla for eBPF-based application monitoring. * Basic knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud environments (Azure preferred). * Familiarity with GitOps workflows.   Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). * 1–2 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or related roles. * Strong understanding of Linux fundamentals and scripting (Bash/Python). * Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.   Why Join Us? * Opportunity to work with modern observability and cloud-native technologies. * Mentorship from senior DevOps/SRE engineers. * Exposure to scalable systems, distributed tracing, and real-time monitoring. * A learning-focused, supportive engineering culture.
