REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering or technical discipline.
• An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.
• 5 years of relevant experience in software development and data integration.
• Experience with SQL and PL/SQL development in an Oracle environment.
• Exposure to OBIEE, APEX, GoldenGate, and other Oracle toolsets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Tier 2/Moderate clearance. Existing clearances are preferred.

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle-based ETL processes and scripts supporting data integration and reporting.
• Support the implementation of performance tuning and optimization solutions identified by Oracle Commercial Services.
• Work with Oracle tools such as OBIEE, GoldenGate, and APEX under guidance from senior team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve development and data integration issues.
• Document development processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Participate in quality assurance activities, including testing and code reviews.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure deliverables meet customer standards and requirements.
• Assist in modernizing existing code for cloud readiness.
• Other duties as assigned.
