Responsibilities
  • Support and guide partners and developers building, testing, and optimizing integrations with Aircall, providing insights, assets, and troubleshooting support as needed.
  • Work closely with internal teams to maintain and expand our Developer Portal, SDKs, public API resources.
  • Own, maintain, and expand integration knowledge resources to ensure our internal teams and customers have complete, accurate information.
  • Develop code and content that empowers developers to succeed with Aircall, fostering genuine engagement that drives our business.
  • Determine how to scale our developer relations efforts. As we find success and identify the most effective and efficient ways to reach and support even more developers.
  • Serve as the voice of developers within Aircall. Collect feedback, uncover pain points, and advocate for enhancements to our products, documentation, and overall developer experience.
  • Actively participate in developer forums, social media groups and online communities through answering questions and generating relevant discussions related to our audience
