Support and guide partners and developers building, testing, and optimizing integrations with Aircall, providing insights, assets, and troubleshooting support as needed.
Work closely with internal teams to maintain and expand our Developer Portal, SDKs, public API resources.
Own, maintain, and expand integration knowledge resources to ensure our internal teams and customers have complete, accurate information.
Develop code and content that empowers developers to succeed with Aircall, fostering genuine engagement that drives our business.
Determine how to scale our developer relations efforts. As we find success and identify the most effective and efficient ways to reach and support even more developers.
Serve as the voice of developers within Aircall. Collect feedback, uncover pain points, and advocate for enhancements to our products, documentation, and overall developer experience.
Actively participate in developer forums, social media groups and online communities through answering questions and generating relevant discussions related to our audience
